The residence is centered around a small internal courtyard that acts as the emotional core of the home — bringing natural light, ventilation, greenery, and a sense of calm into the living spaces despite the compact site constraints. The architectural language combines exposed brick textures, clean concrete surfaces, warm ambient lighting, and minimalist detailing to create a home that feels both modern and timeless. Carefully layered spatial transitions, floating elements, landscaped pockets, and subtle water features enhance the overall experience while maintaining functionality for everyday family living. Designed as a 3-bedroom residence, the project demonstrates how compact urban homes can still achieve spatial richness, natural connectivity, and architectural character without compromise.
